EAGL Technology is proud to welcome Lt. Colonel Ray Guidetti (Ret.) to its Advisory Board as a Strategic Advisor.
A nationally recognized leader in organizational management, intelligence-led policing, and threat management, Ray brings decades of expertise in law enforcement, intelligence, and crime analysis.
As the former Deputy Superintendent of Investigations for the New Jersey State Police, Ray played a pivotal role in advancing crime gun intelligence, investigative strategies, and interagency collaboration. He was critical in the establishment of New Jersey’s fusion center and crime gun intelligence program, both of which continue to serve as national models for law enforcement.
His contributions to national security earned him the Trooper of the Year Award and the U.S. Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in National Security, recognizing his work on the hijacking of United Airlines Flight 93 and United States v. Zacarias Moussaoui.
Beyond his distinguished and decorated State Police career, Ray has worked in the public safety software industry, and has also worked with federal, county, and local governments on public safety and law enforcement initiatives.
An active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, he served on the Counter Terrorism Committee and currently serves on the Firearms Committee.
Ray is a dedicated advisor, speaker, and consultant committed to equipping law enforcement agencies with the tools and strategies needed to combat gun related crime. His relentless pursuit of justice, passion for mentorship, and expertise in emerging technologies make him a respected leader in public safety.
He holds degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Seton Hall University.
